Neline discovered yoga during a pivotal moment in her life, and it quickly became a source of solace and wisdom for her. Drawn to its ability to bring calm to her mind and body, she soon fell in love with the practice and its potential to facilitate self-love and personal growth. Initially attracted to yoga's physical aspects, Neline has since delved deeper into the spiritual and introspective dimensions of the practice.
After embarking on a career as a professional dancer abroad at the age of 17, Neline's relationship with herself and yoga flourished. Her experiences working with world-renowned choreographers inform her rhythmic and fluid teaching style, which seeks to combine the physical and spiritual elements of yoga. In her travels, she has made it a priority to practice yoga in every country she visits - a testament to her deep appreciation for the practice.
Neline's gratitude for yoga led her to pursue a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with House of Om, as well as training in teaching yoga to children. Her ongoing pursuit of knowledge and self-discovery extends beyond yoga, as she has also studied Reiki, Astrology, Sound Healing, Hypnotherapy, Barre, and Pilates. She seamlessly weaves together her broad knowledge and experience to create cohesive and transformative classes. Neline's ultimate goal as a teacher is to guide her students toward accepting and embodying their authentic selves, and helping them achieve their personal aspirations in both movement and life. Her dedication to ongoing learning and interchanging between student and teacher inspires her to continue exploring the depths of her own mind, body, and soul, while sharing her discoveries with others.
