Lindy works with a range of healing modalities including energy healing, chakra balancing and alignment, reiki, soul planning, tarot, intuitive healing, coaching, mentoring and yoga. 

Her approach is gentle, integrative and intuitive with a focus on:

  • Releasing energy blockages, chakra balancing and aura clearing

  • Guiding for inner reflection and journeywork

  • Releasing fear, negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs and attachments

  • Finding balance and well-being 

  • Calming the nervous system, offering practical tools and techniques to manage anxiety and stress 

  • Goal-setting and soul plan manifestation

  • Guiding and mentoring with career and life alignment

She creates a safe space where inner reflection, healing and transformation can take place, ensuring her clients are supported and nurtured. This is a co-creative process and if necessary she works alongside other partner practitioners to assist each client in their individual journey.

She offers in-person consultations at Ananda Sanctuary and remote consultations. Long-distance clients are welcomed. 

She works with adults, children and pets.
