Lindsey Hehman is a qualified Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher with a passion for sharing the power of mindful yoga & meditation. With a deep commitment to creating inclusive yoga experiences, Lindsey offers a minimalistic approach to yoga, centering on breathwork, gentle stretching, and adaptable options for all levels. Her classes are accessible and trauma-informed, designed to create a calm and inclusive environment where students can explore their mental and physical strength at their own pace without pressure. With a focus on simplicity and mindfulness, Lindsey aims to guide students toward a grounding and restorative experience that has helped her immensely in her own life.
Teaching and practicing yoga help her remember to seek joy and balance between thinking, feeling, and doing. In addition to her yoga teaching, Lindsey freelances as a public health economist and serves as a youth mentor. Lindsey’s combined background in public health, youth mentorship, and trauma-informed yoga provides her with a multifaceted perspective on well-being and personal growth.
