Christine is a fitness, yoga and wellness enthusiast, a certified personal trainer, kettlebell instructor and 500 Hour yoga teacher. Her 300 Hour training was completed with Dylan Werner (if you know anything about inversions – you know him) in Austria and the experience was life changing.
Immersed in his teachings she truly felt what it was like to live a yoga-inspired life. Armed with this knowledge of meditation, breathwork and movement it is a privilege and obligation to share her understanding with others. She has a holistic approach to health and well-being and knows that each person is unique and requires individual attention and care. This is why it is a joy for her to create unique classes that move you into different spaces of the body and ignite happiness in both body and mind.
Whether you are in the mood for a sweaty vinyasa, a yoga sculpt class, work on handstands and arm balances or simply a rest and reset she would be honoured to guide you in your practice.
