This workshop is designed to bring cycle awareness into your life as an amazing tool towards your overall well-being and to remind you of the inner wisdom you hold as a woman.Â
Living in a fast-paced world, cycles have been forgotten and unappreciated. Unfortunately, what counts most is productivity and efficiency which often leads us to a state of disconnection from our true nature and the nature around us, causing multiple health-related and emotional issues.Â
Through cycle awareness, you gain an amazing tool to accept, understand and support yourself better through all life stages and changes women go through. This is a tool that has been forgotten in our modern, fast-paced world, unappreciated or even…shamed.Â
Let’s break taboos, reclaim the power of femininity, let's change the narrative around our periods, menopause, age, bodies, womanhood, emotions and rest.
During the workshop we will discuss various cycles we go through and explore how we can use this knowledge as our inner meditation and an opportunity for growth. We will journey together to different stages of our lives through meditation and visualisation. There will be an opportunity to embody and express our cyclical nature through movement and to share our thoughts in a woman’s circle. We will be creating this safe and brave space together.Â

Kasia Pikula-Noble
Kasia discovered her love for yoga as a magical tool to live a more present, aware and connected life. Through yoga philosophy, together with changing approaches to food, she feels deeply connected to her true self, restoring the inner peace lost somewhere along the way living a busy modern life.
Kasia is an accomplished yoga teacher, holding a 500hr Hatha / Vinyasa/Yin yoga teacher training qualification; a 100hr teacher training in traditional chinese medicine and thai massage and 50hr sound healing training. She is also a raw food chef.
